Sooooo, why start a blog about Trading Treats?
Because I work with the greatest group of women ever, and there is no way to explain what it feels like to come to work and see a sweet surprise on your desk almost every. The women in question: {E}, {B},{J},{R}, and then there is me {V}! You will get to know all of our personalities in time but more importantly we hope that you will be encouraged to share sweet treats and some sweet recipes with some sweet chicks that you know and love and maybe transform that body in the process. Now I will admit the treats that we share with one another are of the healthy persuasion but that doesn't mean that every now and again we wont just share an outright guilty pleasure.
