The Journey is designed to help you define your priorities, and then learn how to implement them and live them in your everyday life. This is not just a time management system, it will help you with your overall view of life and how to deal with it.
There are 8 basic areas of our lives that we need to work to maintain balance and care for ourselves. During our 8 week journey, we will first be Defining Our Priorities, and then we will basically address one area each week. There will be 2 or 3 posts per week, along with some assignments designed to help you process and implement what you are learning.
You can read the posts and do the assignments at your own pace, and jump in whenever you can, but you will get the most benefit by working at it as consistently as possible.
